Kosh kelingizder!
Kyrgyzstan
One picture in a magazine was the trigger to plan a holiday in Kyrgyzstan. It framed exactly with my idea of a perfect holiday destination. Lots of nature, no concrete, freedom, secluded, a limited number of tourists & lots of adventure. And oh boy, it really hit the sweet spot.
Nature is so diverse in Kyrgyzstan. One moment you are at a seashore (that’s how huge the lake feels) and the next moment it looks like you’re in a Western canyon.
Kyrgyz people are warmhearted, hospitality seems to be programmed in their genes.
And if you’re wondering what ‘kosh kelingizder’ means, it’s ‘WELCOME’
I’m sure that i will return some day!
…Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?
