From my childhood i remember Cyprus from one thing. The European song contest.
Not by a song but from the scores they got. I can still see the host repeating them, Cyprus 8 points.
As a youngster politics came into view, and only recently it was listed as possible autumn holiday destination.
I must admit, it has potential.
Nature, Greek – Cypriot – Turkish culture, good food and surprisingly photogenic.
